使命/Mission
地理空间信息技术（卫星空间信息技术综合应用）国家地方联合工程研究中心，是福州大学“双一流”建设新兴交叉学科“地理空间信息与大数据学科”的主要产业技术创新平台，也是福建省国民经济信息化重大工程计划“数字福建”的支撑力量。目前，该学科形成了以数字中国研究院（福建）（原福建省空间信息工程研究中心）为核心的人才高地和创新聚合体，拥有2个国家地方联合工程研究中心、1个教育部重点实验室、1个国家示范型国际科技合作基地等10多个国家和省部级科研平台。
The National Engineering Research Center of Geospatial Information Technology (NECGIT), and the Center of Satellite Spatial Information Technology and Applications (NECSITA), are the main industry technology innovation platforms established to support interdisciplinary subject of the Geospatial Information and the Big data in the “Double First-Class” program of Fuzhou University. In the meantime, they are also supporting force of the “Digital Fujian”, which is a major project of the national economy informatization of Fujian. Currently, a talent highland closely related to the subject is formed by over 10 national/provincial platforms, including a core institution, which is the Academy of Digital China (ADC, inherited and upgraded from Spatial Information Research Center, SIRC of Fujian), two national & local joint engineering research centers, one key laboratory of the National Ministry of Education and one International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
目标/Goals
平台聚合体秉承“放眼全球、立足区域、着手应用”理念，瞄准地理空间信息技术与大数据科学国际发展前沿，坚持政产学用紧密结合、创新链与产业链深度融合的科技创新平台发展取向，长期全方位支撑区域和行业信息化工程，服务于国家生态文明先行示范区建设，促进海峡两岸合作交流与祖国统一，助力“数字中国”国家发展战略。
The philosophy of our platform aggregate is “to start and focus on regional research and application and gradually develop a vision and capability of solving global problems”. Aiming at the frontiers of the geospatial information technology and big data science, our platforms pursue tight integration of administration, research, industry, education and application, as well as deep fusion of the innovation chain and the industry chain. For a long time, the platform aggregate provides a full-scale support for local and industry informatization projects, national eco-civilization demonstration and construction. In the meanwhile, the platform aggregate is working to promote cooperation and exchange between both sides of the Taiwan Strait as well as national reunification, and to assist the national development strategy to construct the “Digital China”.
The platform aggregate has established itself as a regional base of geospatial information and big data industry technology after twenty years of construction and development. It has expertise in theoretical research, technological innovation, talent cultivation, social services and industry incubation in wide-ranging areas, including informatization of e-government engineering and resources and environment, geospatial and new generation information industry. It has already become an important driving force in this field by linking and cultivating state-owned backbone enterprise as well as small and micro technology enterprise.
